LANXESS Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) fulfils an important role as a trading hub for the entire Asia-Pacific region.

The geographical location of Singapore makes it an ideal place from which to manage business in the surrounding countries of ASEAN. Good infrastructure, including IT connectivity and shipping & logistics and transport services means that high efficiency levels for conducting business.

As a single-site entity, LANXESS Singapore consists office and warehouse facility/regional marketing & sales functions, including regional supply chain & distribution functions for most Business Units in the  Asia-Pacific region.

In 2011 LANXESS will go on stream with a high-tech butyl rubber facility at Jurong Island.

Out of Singapore, LANXESS manages its businesses in Vietnam, Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia and others.

To participate in the growing market of Vietnam, LANXESS has a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
