Then our Trainee Program is just right for you!

You choose a focal area before you start - be it Controlling, Finance, Marketing, Engineering or Human Resources. Over a period of 18 months you get to know different areas within the field you have chosen in different assignments. You determine the direction your individual program takes by actively defining your assignments.

At the beginning of your Trainee Program you are given the opportunity to experience different German facilities of the chemicals business from the ground up during a production assignment.

Your program is rounded off by at least one assignment abroad lasting several months as well as the involvement in international projects.

We won't leave you alone with all the new challenges! An experienced manager advises you as a mentor and together with your Trainee Group you take part in regular training sessions.

Together we use your strengths and interests, help you in your further development and as such prepare you optimally for taking over specialist and management responsibilities in the future.
