LANXESS stock has been listed in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since January 31st, 2005.

Corporate action June 16th, 2005:
Resolution was passed at the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting for an increase of the stock capital from contingent capital of up to EUR 20,000,000 (by issue of up to 20,000,000 no-par shares). The contingent increase in capital will be used to service its mandatory convertible bond.
