Products under REACH

LANXESS is gearing up for REACH registration. REACH requires the safe use of products over the entire life cycle to be examined, which means that an intensive exchange of information with suppliers and customers is needed to meet these requirements. Therefore, LANXESS currently is contacting its business partners.

LANXESS will pre-register in time all its products currently marketed that come under the obligation to register. If REACH directly affects the availability of LANXESS products, their processing and their use, this is therefore not expected to happen until the end of 2010.

All LANXESS customers will of course be informed if any changes due to REACH regarding supply are envisaged.
