Securing our future by training young people
We place great value on training young people not only because this will secure the future of our company, but also because it is part of our social responsibility. By giving young people the opportunity to work at our commercial, technical and natural science departments we offer an ideal career start. Our training activities are focused on Germany.
In 2009, we once again gave many young people a chance for profound training – many more than our company actually required for its own purposes and needs. We will continue to stick to this philosophy in 2010 and 2011 as well. This way, we will not only exceed the industry’s average training efforts, but also the quota set forth in the collective agreement pertaining to vocational education and training in the chemical industry (Chemie-Ausbildungs-Tarifvertrag) “Zukunft durch Ausbildung“ (future through education).
In order to take advantage of know-how and synergies, we also rely on the training and further education department of our associated company CURRENTA for part of our organizational and administrative needs.
At our locations in Leverkusen, Dormagen and Krefeld, we offer together with CURRENTA training in different areas. Please feel free to apply for 2011.
Natural science
